You must follow the state's short outline, but you must
come up with the content to fill 4 and 8 hour classes.
You can teach it for free or you can charge for it.
We can help with extended outlines and attendee handouts.
Note: the PPO must keep proof of training in every employee's file, and each
training certificate must have a serial number (among other requirements)
